3. World One:
World One is a residential skyscraper under construction in Mumbai. It is located in Upper Worli on a plot of 17.5 acres, belonged to Srinivas Cotton Mills. Lodha Group obtained the plot for
2.5 billion and the project will be completed by 2014. Upon completion, it will be one of the tallest residential buildings in the world. It has one of the highest projected heights of any residential building under construction in Asia. According to the Lodha group, World One aims to change the world's view towards Indian infrastructure. The large luxury apartments will likely cater to some of the richest people of Mumbai (Bombay).
4. GIFT Diamond Tower:
GIFT Diamond Tower is a skyscraper approved for Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT) which is expected to be completed by 2017. It will consist of 410 metres (1,345 ft) Diamond Tower. The 87-floor Diamond Tower, located at Gandhinagar-the capital city of the highly industrial Indian state of Gujarat, will be India's largest commercial tower and also the largest announced tower in the GIFT skyline. GIFT is India's first major super-tall Central Business District project that is designed to be the central point of both the world's and India's booming financial services market by providing companies with all those things Mumbai is still developing like comprehensive infrastructure, power, verticalized office space and a well designed, planned and expandable urban form.
