Right to No Sexual Harassment
As per the guidelines issued by the Supreme Court, it is mandatory for every organization to set up a special Sexual Harassment Complaints Committee to provide secure working environment to women.. The female member count of the committee should never be less than 50% and it should be headed by a woman. Also there should be a member from the women’s welfare group.
