Flipkart Launches VIP Subscription Program Ahead of Holiday Season

Flipkart has launched a new subscription program called Flipkart VIP, designed to provide customers with a range of exclusive benefits for their festive shopping needs. For an annual membership fee of Rs 499, customers can access rewards and enhanced shopping experiences across Flipkart, Cleartrip, Health+, and more. Prabh Singh, Senior Vice President of Growth (User and Ads) at Flipkart, emphasized the company’s commitment to delivering the best customer experience through this program. Flipkart VIP includes benefits such as free same/next day deliveries, 48-hour returns, a welcome gift box worth Rs 499, and immediate access to a dedicated customer support team.

Members can earn 5% SuperCoins (up to 300) on all purchases and enjoy an extra 5% savings using SuperCoins on products across the Flipkart group, including Cleartrip. The program also enables the cancellation/rescheduling of flights on Cleartrip for Re 1. Currently available in major metro cities, including Bengaluru, Kolkata, Mumbai, and Delhi-NCR, Flipkart VIP complements the company’s existing Flipkart Plus membership program, which offers additional benefits for customers.
