Spurlock eats only McDonald’s food for 30 days from February 1 to March 2, 2003. He gains more weight (around 11 kilograms), increases cholesterol and experience mood swings, sexual dysfunction, and fat accumulation in his liver. The reason why Spurlock investigated was due to the increasing spread of obesity in the U.S Society. It won Best Documentary Screenplay from the Writers Guild of America.
