8. Neetu Singh

Neetu Singh/Kapoor started acting from the age of 8 under the name Baby Sonia. She played the role of Roopa in a movie "Dus Lakh" (1966) and a dual role in the film "Do Kaliyaan". Her other films as a child actress were "Waris" and "Pavitra Paapi", after which she was much noticed. She made her debut "Rikshawala" (1972). In 2010, Neetu Kapoor made a comeback after 28 years in "Do Dooni Chaar".

9. Rishi Kapoor

Rishi Kapoor debuted in "Mera Naam Joker" in 1970 where he playied his father's role as a child. In 1973, he did his first lead role in the movie "Bobby", opposite Dimple Kapadia. This movie became an instant hit among youngsters.

10. Aftab Shivdasani

Aftab Shivadasani started his acting career as a child actor in commercials. At the age of 14 months, he was selected as the Farex baby (Baby food brand). He made his Bollywood debut as a child actor in "Mr. India", "Shahenshah", "ChaalBaaz" and "Insaniyat".
