Top 10 leading LGBT Executives 2015


Inga Beale, CEO, Lloyds of London

Inga Beale, the CEO of Lloyd’s of London has topped a power list of the world’s leading hundred LGBT executives. It is the first time a woman is at the top of the annual list, which has been compiled by the networking group OUTstanding and the Financial Times. She is one of few openly bisexual business leaders and the first to top the ranking. Beale was announced as the new CEO of Lloyd's of London in December 2013, replacing Richard Ward. She is Lloyd's first female CEO in the insurance market's 325-year history.

Alan Joyce, CEO, Quantas

Alan Joyce has been Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Qantas since November 2008.This period has seen Qantas and Jetstar continue to lead the Australian domestic market; the launch of Qantas' biggest transformation program since privatization in 1995, the rapid development of Jetstar's pan-Asian strategy; and the sustained growth of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program. He has been named the second most powerful LGBT executive in the world.
