Barnes a &  Noble:

With in- store coffee and incredibly

It was certainly a big business that put out all the local bookstores out of business. The problem here again was by the online commerce that posed a serious threat to Barnes And Noble’s prospects. Time has come where the digi-books have overtaken the use of books and journals from stores; and that’s exactly when this famous store entered its last stages as well. It however tried its hand in ebook store but it was too late already, Amazon was the only e-store that won the credibility. Despite of investing huge money into advertising Barnes And Noble lost its hold on physical as well as online stores.

Sbarro:

Sbarro has filed its bankruptcy not once but twice in the same year. Majority of its franchises are located in the malls and that was the major reason behind its downfall. Decreasing mall visitors in turn reduced the customers to Sbarro. Eventually after closing down 182 stores in U.S. in February 2014 Sbarro was approved of bankruptcy reorganization. During its reorganization, it moved its headquarters from New York to Ohio. They also took the first step in re-branding themselves by opening their first set of Pizza Cucinova, which allow customers to build their own pizzas which it hopes to hit big.
