Lead from the front

Leading from the front is the trait of a successful and great leader. As a leader, you should set examples to your followers or people working under you, so that they stand beside you during those difficult times.

There are some hard moments in an organization and this is where a leader with courage and wisdom is needed to motivate people to work on ahead with full hope and determination.

Appeal to their emotions
