Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) is an Indian multinational oil and gas company headquartered in Dehradun, India. It is a Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) of the Government of India, under the administrative control of the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas.

It is India's largest oil and gas exploration and production company. It produces around 69 percent of India's crude oil and around 62 percent of its natural gas. On 31 March 2013, its market capitalisation was INR 2.6 trillion, making it India's second largest publicly traded company and in 2014 its brand value is $3,294 million.

Indian Oil Corporation Limited, or popularly known as IndianOil, is an Indian state-owned oil and gas corporation. It is known to be the world's 88th largest corporation, according to the Fortune Global 500 list, and the largest public corporation in India when ranked by revenue.

IndianOil and its subsidiaries account for a 49 percent share in the petroleum products market, 31 percent share in refining capacity and 67 percent downstream sector pipelines capacity in India.
