This is one such group of the lot that comes under an indirect control of a big political party. The group is owned by DMK Chief Karunanidhi’s nephew Kalanithi Maran. Sun TV, Udaya Comedy, Sun Music, Chutti TV, Gemini Movies, Adithya TV, Chintu TV, Sumangali Cable, Khushi TV, Sun News, Kiran TV, Udaya Music, Gemini TV, Gemini Comedy and KTV are the channels that run under this group. More so the political personality Karunanidhi operates Kalaignar TV.

NDTV NDTV Group

The media house runs on the funds of Gospels of Charity, Spain and is a supporter of communism. The group had been seen partial towards the Pakistan for it is the only Indian media house that has been permitted to operate in Pakistan.

In addition to this, the group is run by Prannoy Roy, is co-brother of ex-General Secretary of the communist Party of India.
