Lakshmi Venu

Lakshmi Venu, daughter of India’s third largest two wheeler manufacturers’ Chairman, Venu Srinivasan, graduated from the Yale University and holds a Doctorate in Engineering Management from the University of Warwick, UK. She was first inducted into the Sundaram-Clayton board in March 2010 as “Director-Strategy” in the rank of Managing Director for a period of five years. More recently, she has been entrusted with additional responsibilities; the board also revised the terms of her remuneration so as to be consistent with the added responsibilities.

Roshni Nadar

HCL Chairman Shiv Nadar’s only child, Roshni Nadar, was always destined to pick up from where her father left off one day. She got her MBA in Social Enterprise Management and Strategy, from the Kellogg School of Management. Within one year of her return from the U.S. she was appointed as the Executive Director and CEO of her father’s empire and is now driving strategic decisions regarding the overall direction of the company. Prior to joining HCL as a CEO she worked in companies such as Sky News UK and CNN America as a news producer.
