HCLTech Ltd has announced a strategic partnership with Strategy, the world’s largest independent publicly traded enterprise analytics company (formerly MicroStrategy), to drive the global rollout of Strategy Mosaic, an AI-powered universal semantic layer for enterprise clients.
Under the agreement, Strategy has named HCLTech as its preferred enterprise solution and professional services partner. HCLTech will leverage its consulting expertise and AI-driven technology capabilities alongside Strategy’s engineering teams to integrate Strategy Mosaic into large-scale, complex multicloud environments.
The collaboration aligns the professional services teams of both companies to ensure seamless, scalable deployment for enterprises operating in data-intensive environments. It is designed to help organizations unlock the full potential of AI-driven analytics across their operations.
Ponna Arumugam, Chief Technology Officer at Strategy, highlighted HCLTech’s proven technical leadership, reliability, and client-first approach, noting that the partnership is key to deploying Strategy Mosaic across the world’s most complex organizations.
Anil Ganjoo, Chief Growth Officer at HCLTech, said the alliance reflects a shared commitment to providing enterprises with flexible, enterprise-grade, AI-ready analytics solutions.

The announcement also had a positive market impact, with HCL Technologies shares closing at Rs 1,654.25 on the BSE, up Rs 14.65, or 0.89%, on December 4.
