Siddha Introduces Smart Homes at Affordable Prices

The real estate developer, Siddha Group, launches Siddha Smart Homes, an affordable smart housing. The home automation facility is introduced to all the new buyers in Siddha Group Projects across India. The renowned Actress, Ms Ritabhari Chakraborty, Mr Sanjay Jain, the Managing Director, Mr Siddharth Sethia, the Joint Managing Director, the Directors, Mr Aayushman Jain and Mr Aadish Jain, took part in the launch of the  Siddha Smart Homes at Siddha Sky.   

"The entire mechanism of life is now shifting, from smartphones to smart homes. Home automation, a luxury all these days is now a reality in all Siddha homes, at no extra cost to the customer. This is a major breakthrough in the affordable housing space. Siddha Smart Homes is the Siddha Group's measure to take affordable housing to the next level. The entire home is pre-programmed to be controlled by one's phone. The resident can operate lights, fans, TV, AC, video door phones, geyser, using a smartphone either from inside or outside the house. Furthermore, Siddha Group provides a voice-enabled device similar to Alexa, to operate the above facilities.

The smart homes keep the resident connected to the house even from afar. The smart home features vivid combinations in electronic devices makes homes more efficient and interesting. The resident's smartphone replaces the remote of any gadgets, lights, fan, AC and more. For lights and fans, circuits are installed behind the existing switchboard of every room that is controlled by the smartphone. To use these facilities Wi-Fi connection is mandatory at home.
