Infosys Acquires Simplus to Accelerate Enterprise Cloud Capabilities & Expand to USA and Australia

Infosys has reached into a definitive agreement to buy Simplus, a Salesforce Platinum Partner in the USA and Australia. Simplus is recognized as a leader and advisor in cloud consulting, implementation, data integration, change management and training services for Salesforce Quote-to-Cash applications, and the acquisition is coupled with Fluido, which was announced in September 2018.
