Apple And Alibaba To Collaborate?

BANGALORE: The tech giant from the west and the largest ecommerce company from the east are rumored to collaborate on various levels but especially in the payment schemes. The new Apple pay was adopted with the launch of the iPhone 6 and since then it has seen immense success. It was a success story that will be remembered in Apple’s history.

In the same way a success story that took the business world by storm was the rise of Alibaba, which had the best IPO success. It would be a huge challenge for other companies if these two companies collaborate. They will start off their partnership in Apple’s pay and Alibaba’s payment company, Alipay.

Both the CEO’s, Tim Cook and Jack Ma have the utmost respect for each other and this consideration to collaborate would leave other tech giants at the mercy of these two super powers. Apple’s quarterly reports saw a huge raise in revenue and have sold over 40 million iPhone 6 phones.

With regards to Apple Pay, in the first three days the company witnessed over one lakh card activations and now is available in over 200 thousand locations across America. If the two companies were to partner there would be no end to their reach with customers.

Apple also denied the ongoing speculations that they will get in to storage of data. Apple’s CEO said that they are not in the business of collecting and storing data and most likely never enter that area.
