Elon Musk:

Elon Musk is a South African-born Canadian-American business magnate, engineer, inventor, and investor and the CEO and CTO of SpaceX. Additionally, he was also the  product architect of Tesla Motors and chairman of SolarCity. He also founded  SpaceX and co-founded Zip2, PayPal, and Tesla Motors. He envisioned a conceptual high-speed transportation system known as the Hyperloop and proposed a Vertual Takeoff and Landing (VTOL) supersonic jet aircraft with electric fan propulsion.

At the time when Tesla and SpaceX were not doing well, he continued to fund them. By doing that,  today, both Tesla and SpaceX are pushing the boundaries in their relative fields and Elon Musks net worth is $13 billion and growing.

Henry Ford:

Henry Ford is the founder of the Ford Motor Company, and the sponsor of the development of the assembly line technique of mass production. He was also a famous industrialist who transformed the automobile industry forever. Although, Ford did not invent the automobile or the assembly line, but he developed and manufactured the first automobile that many middle class Americans could afford.

In doing so, Ford transformed the automobile from an expensive curiosity into a practical conveyance that would profoundly impact the landscape of the twentieth century. Henry Ford was a big risk taker, as he had slashed prices so steeply for the Model T that he risked going bankrupt. In order to keep up with the growing demand, Ford had to take it to the next level with a do or die attitude. 

Later, he had cut down the working hours and increased minimum wages for his workers so that they could work for a longer period of time before quitting.
