This well known software producing company destroyed its reputation with its customers and investors when it launched the Windows Vista. This operating software was filled with bugs, software incompatibilities, annoying security alerts and sluggishness. They also faced product complaints about windows mobile, zune etc. After all this complaints, the CEO Steve Ballmer continues to praise the PC, whereas the predictions say that the mobile devices will soon take over the PC. The stack has gone down in the past five years as compared to their rivals, Apple. Only due to their few products like Windows 7, Office 2012 and the new Xbox 360 have given them some acclaim.
