Satya Nadella, CEO, Microsoft
Alma Mater: Manipal Institute of Technology, university of Chicago

Satya Nadella was born to a civil servant father in Hyderabad and finished his schooling in the same city. He joined Manipal institute of Technology for a degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering and followed it up with a MS in computer science from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a MBA from University of Chicago. He started his career with the Sun Microsystems and joined Microsoft in 1992. As he moved up the corporate ladder steadily, from Executive Vice President of Cloud and Enterprise group to president of Server and Tools, he was considered by many as a front runner for the top job at Microsoft. And the crowning glory came on 4th February; he was appointed the CEO of Microsoft. He tells competitive cricket taught him leadership.
