BMS College of Engineering, the first private Engineering College ever to be set up in India, was established by Sri.B.M.Sreenivasaiah in 1946. This institution is a part of B.M.S. Educational Trust, a Public Charitable Institution, constituted by the Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka. The Trust manages 3 Engineering institutions, one Women’s College and one Law College. The college has been imparting Technical Education to National and International Students in different disciplines. The high standard of teaching and devoted and dedicated staff have earned international reputation.
