Jibe Mobile nabs $8.3 Million FinancingJibe Mobile has successfully raised $8.3Million in its venture round. This roundof funding was led by Vodafone Ven-tures, a Tokyo based game creator MTI,and other investors.This cloud based global communica-tions provider intends to use this new in-vestment to build a network that enablesdevelopers and telecommunicationscompanies to integrate technologies likevoice, video, chat, and others to connectusers across the world. “The investments from Vodafoneand MTI will help us continue to innovate and extend ourplatform. We look forward to the next stage and ongoingstrong partnerships with our expanding carrier and devel-oper networks,” says Amir Sarhangi, CEO, Jibe Mobile.Founded in 2006 and headquartered in MountainView, CA Jibe is an open technology platform for the newage of telephony.
