RG: Delivering high quality products to the customer, while maintaining the deadline. ST: What have you found that makes your job easier? RG: Expertise of my company in the field of application and Internet security.

MK: The right mix of technical and functional responsibilities that come with it. ST: What do you find challenging about your job? MK: Working on critical customer issues and giving solutions ahead of the time specified. ST: What have you found that makes your job easier? MK: Time management makes my job a lot easier. As I have to work on various issues at the same time, understanding the difference between ‘Urgent’ and ‘Important’ is the key.
