VM: After understanding the requirements of the clients thoroughly, I have to customize portals in line with those requirements.
ST: What do you like about your job?
VM: I like client interaction, which helps me customize the portal more efficiently, though it is a demanding task.
ST: What do you find challenging about your job?
VM: Finding out the actual requirement of the client is the most challenging part of my job.
