Describing his current role Bandi says, “I feel that it is an opportunity for me to steer the company’s leadership to greater heights.” His core competencies lie in creating markets and marketing of technology products. Prior to joining Western Digital, he was associated with Kobian Pte Singapore where he served as Country Manager - Europe. His earlier associations include Cyberstar International (S) Pte Ltd and ACI Infotech.
Bandi believes that integrity and honesty in work essentially contribute to shaping up a successful career. He also believes that it is significant for a leader to maintain the team spirit. Hesays, “A leader should lead people and walk beside them.” He also advises the young techies to develop a fundamental understanding of the technology coupled with constant hard work to pave a path to success.
Outside work, Bandi enjoys watching sports and is an avid lover of cricket. He also loves visiting new places with his family. He holds a bachelor of engineering degree in electronics from Mumbai University, India.
