Pushkal Juneja has been recently appointed as the Group Director – Engineering at Tejas Networks. With Master’s in Computer Science from IIT-Delhi, Juneja has over 18 years of experience in IT industry; most of which he has spent with Intel and Cadence in India and abroad. In his new role, he will head the company’s newly inaugurated R&D center at Noida and augment Tejas’ existing sales and support office in Delhi. He joined Tejas Networks from Intel where he was the Senior Software Manager and managed teams working on design and validation of various chipsets.

So far, Tejas has been making significant investments in its Bangalore R&D centre. But with its new R&D center, is has now decided to reach out to the outstanding engineering talent in North India, which is keen to do innovative work in end-to-end product development companies. Since Tejas already has a very large customer base in North India, this centre will also facilitate closer interaction and higher level of support to our customers.

An easy person to interact with, Juneja enjoys taking over new challenges. He believes in setting high standards for himself and people around him. After working with large organizations, leading a relatively smaller organization is challenging, and his greatest challenge at Tejas is efficient use of the limited resources while driving the growth of the company.
