Fun loving by nature, Arvind Joshi has spent his entire career working in organizations across the world. An ardent traveler, Joshi has worked in the U.S., Hong Kong, Singapore, New Zealand, and Australia under various capacities for TATA Engineering, ICICI, MphasiS, and until recently 3i Infotech. Now he has moved back to India and has joined SPI as the VP-India Operations. At SPI his focus will be leveraging the area of competence and growth of the company. A firm believer in people and commitment towards customer, Joshi’s advice to young techies is to always keep the customer’s needs as paramount.

Outside work, Joshi loves socializing and his ability to be a good listener helps him associate with people easily. He also enjoys trying new cuisines and reading.
