Xerox India appoints Ravi Venkatraman as Director, Xerox Global Services
In any interaction there is always learning, whether it is correcting a thought process, a new word or a new idea, believes Ravi Venkatraman. This has helped him to keep the myth aside, “To be a successful leader you got to know how to manage your people.” For him, leadership is ‘managing business by agreements.’ “Early in my career I realized that to eat an elephant, you have to have it one bite at a time,” says Venkatraman who has 19 years of industry experience.
