Innovate Software Solutions has launched its Innovate PXA 270 Development Kit based on Marvell Xscale PXA 270. The kit is designed to be used as the system core in a wide range of ARM based products. It includes a high performance microcontroller PXA 270 (200MHz), 64MB SDRAM, 32MB Flash memory, TFT Support, virtual keyboard, Power Management unit, 2xUSB ports, one Ethernet, one Serial, Audio duplex ports and Expansion via PC104. The software includes Bootloader, Kernel, and Rootfs as images only or WinCE 5.0 (image only). Available with a display of 3.5” TFT LCD, the kit has a form factor of 6”x 8” and is priced at Rs. 60,000 plus taxes.
