Talking about his current responsibility, Nagabhushanam says, “I will drive the innovation and take the company to the next level of growth in wireless technologies.” He is currently occupied with putting together a strong leadership team. Having been the Founding Director of KYI, he took the company to a level where the team has delivered about 45 million wireless phones and has extensive experience in 4G technologies such as WiMax and Long Term Evolution (LTE). His earlier associations include Data Logic, BPL Telecom, and Sasken.
Besides being a focused leader, Nagabhushanam believes in teamwork and says that leaders need to empower every individual of the team to have a winning business. He opines, “A leader should be focused in his work and help in raising India’s economy.” He advises the young techies to understand technology in a wider perspective and develop their core competencies.
Apart from keeping himself updated with the developments in the industry, Nagabhushanam loves watching movies and reading books on Philosophy. A graduate in electronics engineering and communication from the Mysore University, he also holds a master’s degree in philosophy and religion.
