Describing the current role, Patankar says, “I look forward confidently to the challenges and opportunities that lie in this business.” Prior to this role, Patankar was working as Executive Vice- President and Chief Operations and Technology Officer with Development Credit Bank. His earlier associations also include Apnaloan.com, ICICI, and many more.
“Besides perseverance and passion for the work, logical and clear thinking for the developments in business is also required to lead a successful career,” affirms Patankar. He strongly believes in teamwork and opines that a leader should have the right vision for better growth of the organization and work with his team members to reach the desired goal. Standing for his values, Patankar advises the upcoming techies to develop in-depth knowledge and understanding in the business domain, and also to be aware of what is happening inside and outside the organization.
Outside work, Patankar loves reading books, traveling, and playing some musical instruments. He is a B.Tech from IIT Kanpur and holds a PGDM degree from IIM-Ahmedabad.
