Many IT organizations are focusing internally on improving process efficiency. In fact, I spend the majority of my time trying to leverage IT assets to support our global business processes. That includes leveraging all of our physical assets — such as servers, storage devices, and network switches — but probably even more important, getting the most value from people. BSM helps IT improve process efficiency and achieve our objectives by providing the capability to address multiple challenges at the same time.
