QMAC Management Consultants offers a program leading to certification as a Six-Sigma Green Belt for those interested in improving their manufacturing, service, or other business operations. The course will include classroom training on the Six-Sigma methodology. Our course designed to meet different industry needs project/engineering managers, production managers, engineering personnel, personnel working in quality department, BPO, software, health care management professionals, business management professionals and others that affect company operations. The course consists of three full-day training sessions. Upon successful mastery of the Green Belt course material, as demonstrated by the Green Belt exam, the student will be certified as a Yellow Belt in Six Sigma.
One Six-Sigma project must be completed and submitted within 4 months, where 60% marks have to obtained (in both written exam & project) in order to receive Six-Sigma Green Belt Certification.
