The Samsung Galaxy Beam smartphone has a built in ‘ultra-bright’ 15 lumens projector which can project images, videos and documents up to 50 inch wide on a wall, ceilings or on any flat surfaces.

The device is powered by 1 GHz dual core processor, 786 MB of RAM and runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system. The device also comes with 4.0-inch TFT display with 480x800 pixels of resolution, 5.0 MP rear camera with autofocus and LED flash, 1.3 MP front facing camera, 8 GB of internal memory, microSD card slot for expandable memory up to 32GB and for connectivity it has Bluetooth 3.0, Wi-Fi, microUSB and GPS. Price not announced.

It also has 8 MP autofocus camera, capable of recording 1080p Full HD video, 8x digital zoom and a front facing camera. It sports 8 GB of internal memory and can be expandable up to 32 GB using microSD card. For connectivity it has NFC, DLAN, EDGE, GPRS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and micro USB. The price of this smartphone is not yet disclosed.
