17. Sony Xperia U

The Xperia U is an entry-level smartphone featuring the same display technology as Xperia P with a smaller screen size-3.5 inch. It is powered by 1 GHz dual core processor and runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system. The device comes with a 5 MP camera, xLoud 3D surround sound and all other features like connectivity and body built are same as Xperia P model. It will be available in the market by the second quarter of 2012, Sony has not revealed the price details yet.
