22. Huawei Honor

Huawei launched this smartphone few weeks back. It sports a big 4 inch HD capacitive touchscreen, powered by 1.4 GHz single core Qualcomm Scorpion processor, Adreno 205 graphic processor unit and runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread (upgradable to ICS). It also features 8 MP rear camera with LED flash, 0.3 MP front facing camera, 1 GB of internal memory and can be expandable up to 32 GB via microSD card.

23. Samsung Galaxy S Advance

Old price: Rs 24,000. New price: Rs 22,900

Samsung recently launched this smartphone which sports a 4.0 inch WVGA Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 480x800, 1 GHz Dual-Core processor, runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system with Samsung TouchWiz user interface. It also features 5 MP rear camera with autofocus and LED Flash, 1.3 Megapixel front facing Camera, 8 or 16GB internal memory and  microSD card support up to 32GB.
