5. LG Display's 2560 by 1440 pixel screen
Large screens with full HD resolution have almost become a norm for Smartphones these days. More Smartphones having a curved display and higher resolution are awaited to be released in 2014.
LG has developed 5.5-inch Quad HD screen with a resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels. It means that with a pixel density of 538ppi, there are four times as many pixels as on 720p screens. This type of display will offer crisper images enhancing the end-user experience.
