The sensor comprises of 3-axis accelerometer, 3-axis gyroscope and 3-axis magnetometer. The sensor will aid gesture controls, indoor navigation, and improved augmented reality applications. 5. LG Display's 2560 by 1440 pixel screen
Large screens with full HD resolution have almost become a norm for Smartphones these days. More Smartphones having a curved display and higher resolution are awaited to be released in 2014.
LG has developed 5.5-inch Quad HD screen with a resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels. It means that with a pixel density of 538ppi, there are four times as many pixels as on 720p screens. This type of display will offer crisper images enhancing the end-user experience.
