Six Android Appliances Set To Rule The Kitchen

# 2 LG Smart Fridge

Similar to the HiSense Fridge, the LG Android smart appliance is capable of tracking the freshness of the food, delivering recipes and monitoring the energy usage. The refrigerator uses a slightly skinned version of Google’s OS. It is integrated with an app called Food Manager, which monitors what’s there in the fridge and how long has it been there, use the contents to devise the recipes and share the shopping list with the aid of a Smartphone using an LG developed app. It consists of differentiated energy-rate time slots, and can automatically readjust its temperature and function settings. The refrigerator offers useful and entertaining functions, accessing photo albums, calendars, text memos and new reports. In addition, a voice memo function is also planned for to be introduced in the near future.
