Satnav's SatGuide Child Phone at 5999


Bangalore: Satnav Technologies, has unveiled the new SatGuide Child Phone in the Indian Market.The gadget will help parents keep a track of their children. The GPS in the phone can be used to dial parents' number. However, the calls only from the number authorized by parents can be received. In case of emergency, a child can press the middle button SOS and contact his/her parents. A message is then sent out to the pre-configured number. It also allows parents to create a 'Geo-Fence', a virtual fence such as that of a residential or school area. The phone sends out notification as soon as the child crosses his/her Geo-Fence. Parents can also locate the child on a map using web login. Phone tracking can also be done calls as per parents' choice. They will receives SMS and email alerts. It also when switched off. In case of SIM change, information on the changed mobile number will be sent as an alert. The phone with no display on it is least likely to distract children. It is available at a cost 5999 with 30 days of tracker service. A one year tracker service is also available for 499.
