Rise V3 is a robot designed by Boston dymanics. The quadrupedal robot is designed to quickly run on the ground and climb poles such as telephone poles; the device uses tiny surgical needles to dig into vertical surfaces; making it capable of climbing at 21 cm a second. The robot is said to be intended for helping in search and rescue missions, reconnaissance and surveillance.
