OnePlus is gearing up to unveil its newest mid-range 5G smartphone, the OnePlus Nord CE4, in India. The launch date has been confirmed by the company to be April 1. Prior to the official launch, OnePlus provided a sneak peek into some significant features of the device, such as its processor, available color choices, camera specifications, and more. The latest update reveals that the OnePlus Nord CE4 will come in two color variants: black and green.
Based on teaser images, the OnePlus Nord CE 4 showcases either two or three rear cameras, presenting a unique rear panel design compared to its predecessor. The slim profile of the three camera modules introduces a fresh aesthetic to the device. As previously stated, the phone will be offered in Dark Chrome and Celadon Marble color choices, with the latter boasting a textured design reminiscent of the OnePlus 11 Marble Odyssey special edition. Further specifics regarding the device remain undisclosed at this time.
Under the hood, the OnePlus Nord CE 4 is anticipated to offer exceptional performance and power right from the start, boasting Qualcomm's Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor. The company has previously voiced its assurance in this new offering, pledging users an outstanding experience. OnePlus claims that the latest Snapdragon 7 series processors are designed to consume minimal power while delivering swift and seamless performance, thereby enhancing battery life.
Previously, OnePlus had stated that the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chip would elevate CPU performance by 15 percent and GPU performance by 50 percent, in addition to a 20 percent enhancement in power efficiency compared to the predecessor of Nord CE 4. "Fast and Smooth operator, for gaming, scrolling multitasking and everything in between! #OnePlusNordCE4, with Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3", the company noted in a post on X.
As the launch date draws nearer, OnePlus is anticipated to reveal additional features in the upcoming weeks. The predecessor model, the OnePlus Nord CE 3, debuted last year with an initial price tag of Rs 26,999. The forthcoming model is expected to uphold its affordability, with speculations suggesting it will likely be priced below Rs 30,000 in the Indian market.
