OnePlus 15 Set to Launch in India with Snapdragon 8 Elite Chip

• OnePlus 15 India launch confirmed for November 13 at 7 PM
• First smartphone in India to feature Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset
• Sales to begin the same day via Amazon and OnePlus India website

Smartphone maker OnePlus has officially confirmed that its next flagship, the OnePlus 15, will launch in India on November 13, 2025, at 7 PM (IST). The company announced that sales will start right after the event, at 8 PM, through Amazon India and the official OnePlus India website.

The OnePlus 15, expected to be one of the most powerful Android phones of the year, will debut with Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, a first for the Indian market. It will run on OxygenOS 16, while its Chinese counterpart uses ColorOS 16.

The phone sports a 6.78-inch BOE X3 8T LTPO flat display with a 165Hz refresh rate, 1.5K resolution, and 1800 nits peak brightness. On the camera front, it features a triple 50MP rear setup, including main, ultra-wide, and telephoto lenses, along with a 32MP front camera capable of shooting 4K videos.

Powering the device is a large 7,300mAh battery, supporting 120W wired and 50W wireless charging. It also includes an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor and is rated IP66, IP68, and IP69K for dust and water resistance.

In China, the OnePlus 15 starts at 3,999 yuan (around Rs 49,500), and the Indian pricing is expected to be in a similar range. Launch offers and detailed pricing will be announced during the event.
