The 'Exclusive customer service center' of consumer technology company Nothing has officially been inaugurated in Bengaluru's Indiranagar neighborhood. The new center's distinctive design will give clients a more dynamic and interesting experience while also delivering the help of knowledgeable experts. To keep customers entertained while they wait for service, the center provides amenities like a game console and beverages.
With an on ground service center in place, the London-based company plans to optimize the product's service and maintenance by reducing repair and waiting times. Nothing has expanded its services to various regions and its coverage of service centers from 230 to over 300 across the country. Additionally, the three-year-old Nothing has increased its customer service team by 50 percent, said the company.
The newly launched center will be hosting service camps for Nothing customers on the 2nd & 4th Saturdays of the month, host technology workshops and showcase the newest Nothing product launches. Nothing India plans to establish more such centers in 4 additional cities; Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Hyderabad. Manu Sharma, GM and VP of Nothing India, said, “Launch of a dedicated service center in Bangalore is a testament to our unwavering commitment to our Nothing customers offering elevated after-sales service and customer engagement”
