In the 650 variant, Microsoft has managed to upgrade its storage memory from 8 GB to a decent 16 GB with an expandable memory slot of up to 200 GB. As RAM defines the phone’s ability to run heavy weight application and enhance processing prowess. Even in the era of 3 GB RAM, 1 GB memory in Lumia appears quite as mediocre to its other contemporaries.
