Motorola brings Android-run dual-SIM phone XT800 Glam to India

Bangalore: India has got its first ever Android smartphone to support dual-SIM (GSM+CDMA) handset as Motorola has come up with XT800 Glam, the company's first dual-SIM supporting Google Android smartphone. Motorola has launched the device through AirTyme Communications.
With a 3.7-inch touchscreen FWVGA (480x854) capacitive display, the phone supports 16:9 aspect ratio. The device runs Android 2.2 Froyo and is loaded with a 5-megapixel camera, which is capable of 720p HD video capture.
Another key feature of the device is its 550MHz Texas Instruments OMAP3430 processor. It has got 256MB RAM on board along with 512MB ROM. The memory can be expanded up to 32GB. XT800 Glam also offers Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g and Bluetooth 2.1 support. It accommodates USB 2.0 connectivity as well as PC synchronization.
XT800 Glam's audio player supports AAC, ACC+, MP3, MIDI, WAV and WMA 9 formatted files. Apart from this, there's also support for H.263, H.264 or MPEG4 content.
