Logitech brings wireless mouse and keyboard combo


Mumbai: Peripheral-device maker, Logitech has introduced the Logitech Wireless Combo MK260, a mouse and keyboard combination that comes with the wireless convenience for both office and home users. Priced at 1,495, the mouse-keyboard is available in India through Logitech distributors- Savex Computers and Neoteric Informatique. The MK260 features Logitech Advanced 2.4 GHz wireless connectivity with auto-frequency switching. It uses 128-bit AES encryption that keeps the information secure. The Keyboard features eight hot keys, giving users access instantly to the often used activities like internet access, email, volume control and others. For connecting the mouse and keyboard combo, you just have to plug the wireless receiver into a USB port on your computer. There is no need of any software to get it started. The keyboard battery runs close to 24 months while the mouse is supported by a battery running for about 5 months. There is also a auto-standby feature in the combo that eliminates the need of on/off buttons.
