LG G4 Vs G3: Know the Difference

The LG G4 will be faster and offer more storage but battery capacity remains the same

The LG G4 features a hexa-core 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor coupled with 3GB of RAM. On the other hand, LG G3 had only a quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor with 2GB of RAM.

In terms of memory, the LG G3 offered only a 16GB of internal memory along with expansion option. Whereas, the new LG G4 comes with 32GB of internal memory with a microSD slot for storage expansion up to 128GB.

Moving on to the battery capacity, it remains the same, with G4 housing 3000mAh battery may seem sort of a disappointment. But, the improved software in the device gives longer standby time than its predecessor.

Both offer Android Lollipop, but LG G4 brings new UI

The LG G3 has been update with new Android 5.0 Lollipop last month. However, the new G4 runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop out-of-the-box. To add the shine, LG introduces their custom UI called LG UX 4.0, this very user interface on G3 is not seen.

The UI helps the user to click pictures without even unlocking or waking up the phone and many other exciting features which promises the beneficial of Calendar, messaging apps. It is unclear that the new user interface to be seen in G3.
