Lenovo 'ThinkPad X1' is in India

Bangalore: Lenovo, one of the leading PC manufacturer has unveiled its 'ThinkPad X1'in india. It is claimed to be the ultimate hub for business users. The introduction of ThinkPad X1 in India will reassure Lenovo's position in Indian markets. The Lenovo ThinkPad X1 has only 3.7 pounds/1.72kg, measuring less than 17 mm along with 13.3' super bright infinity screen made of Corning Gorilla Glass. It enables users to experience next generation multimedia with Dolby Home Theatre V4, HDMI and low light sensitive HD camera. Its Instant resume helps users keep their wireless connection, whether its Wi-Fi or mobile broadband, even when the laptop goes into sleep mode, up to 90 minutes. Lenovo Enhanced Experience 2.0 for Windows 7 allows users to start their laptop on average 20 seconds faster than a typical Windows 7 computer. One can use its optional mobile broadband 720p camera, high definition microphones and advanced calling modes for clear video calls. It has Optional Intel vPro technology, encrypted hard drives with remote management support and a fingerprint reader with one touch swipe for power on and authentication. The product is priced from Rs 90,000 onwards and mainly aimed at enterprise customers.
