iTwin launches USB data sharing dongles

Bangalore: iTwin has launched the USB data sharing dongles in the U.S. market. The iTwin system lets data to be transferred between two devices. At present, only 50 units have been released in a limited edition setting. They are selling at $99 for each kit with extra $10 shipping charges.
The dongles use 256bit AES encryption to keep the data safe while being transferred. The device is encased in anodized aluminium with a scratch-proof exterior. It is 32- or 64-bit Windows XP/Vista/7 operating systems compatible.
The full launch of the iTwin USB is scheduled for next moment at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. A Mac OS X compatible version of the USB is also on the cards.
