iQOO 15 Launches With Snapdragon 8 Gen 5, Triple 50MP Cameras

Vivo’s sub-brand iQOO has launched its latest flagship, the iQOO 15, featuring a powerhouse combination of high-end performance and advanced camera features. It is now available in China in five variants and four colours, starting at CNY 4,199 (approx. Rs 52,000). A special Honor of Kings Collector’s Edition is also on the way.
The iQOO 15 comes with a 6.85 inch Samsung M14 AMOLED display offering a sharp 2K resolution and a smooth 144Hz refresh rate. Built for gaming, the phone includes a Q3 gaming chip alongside the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 SoC, which packs two high-performance cores at 4.6GHz and six efficiency cores at 3.62GHz.
The phone offers up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB UFS 4.1 storage, making it a solid pick for power users and gamers alike.
On the back, it boasts a triple 50MP camera setup, a primary sensor, a periscope lens with 100x digital zoom, and a wide-angle lens. The 32MP front camera supports 4K video recording.

Battery life is another strong point, with a massive 7,000mAh battery that supports 100W wired and 40W wireless fast charging. It runs OriginOS 6 based on Android 16 and includes a fast ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner.
The phone will be available in Legendary, Track, Lingyun, and Wilderness colours, with special editions launching later this month.
