Intex Launches AQUA Wonder- Slimmest 4.5" Smartphone At 9990

Commenting on the launch, Sanjay Kumar, General Manager – Mobile Business, Intex Technologies said, “Our objective is to reach out to every market in the country and enhance the quality of lives of people by offering innovative gadgets. Understanding the current need, we entered into the Smartphones category last year and so far have launched 8 models. At the same time, our price range is so dynamic that consumers will have not to burn their pockets to buy new gadgets.

“INTEX AQUA Wonder is the latest offering from our Smartphones range and we are certain that it will become a popular gadget amongst youth especially. Its striking features such as Hot spot, latest IPS display screen, 8 mega pixel auto focus camera with dual flash gives an user enhanced viewing and connectivity experience,” he added.

Smartphones as a category at Intex has been growing consistently contributing to 25 percent in the overall mobile business. North and West remain the strongest markets followed by South and East.

The company through further technological advancements and a slew of upcoming launches is expecting to double the revenue in next five months. Consumers will have 10 models to choose from Intex Smartphones category by March 2013.
