iMac offers Magic Mouse and Magic Trackpad

Bangalore: Apple has rolled out the Apple iMac computers with Intel Core i5/i7 "Sandy Bridge" architecture and the new Thunderbolt port into the product. Now Apple offers Magic Mouse and Magic Trackpad with iMac. Both are the standard option for the product and there is no additional price for it. Apple had launched the Magic Trackpad in July, 2010. After the launch there was speculation if the traditional mouse will not be used anymore. But Apple did not include the Magic Trackpad with its computer; rather Apple was selling it as an accessory. But with the new iMac, the Trackpad comes standard. User can opt for the Trackpad over the mouse. Magic Mouse comes with low-profile design and seamless top shell. The Multi-Touch area covers the top surface of Magic Mouse, and the mouse itself is the button. We can scroll in any direction with one finger, swipe through web pages and photos with two, and click and double-click anywhere. There is a chip inside the Magic Mouse. We can connect the Magic Mouse to the Mac via Bluetooth wireless technology. The Magic Trackpad features 80 percent larger surface area than the MacBook Pros Trackpad. It has the resistant glass surface. The whole surface of Trackpad is one large button, so the user can click and double click anywhere. Magic Trackpad works using Bluetooth technology. As many users still prefer the standard mouse, Apple is leaving it its buyer and giving them option for new accessories.
